We couldn't miss the celebration of the momentous occasion of the 1st anniversary of employment for our dedicated Whales PALM workers. The evening was filled with joy and camaraderie as approximately 30 employees gathered in Warrnambool, Victoria to get a round of applause for their significant milestone. These individuals have played a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our clients and have become an integral part of the Whales family.
The celebration was not only a time for festivities but also an opportunity to recognise and appreciate the hard work of our employees.
As two of Whales' directors, Jay and Ray, attended the event, they were eager to engage with the workers and gain valuable insights into their experiences. The directors wanted to understand not only their perspectives on workplace conditions but also their overall well-being outside of work. Some minor issues were resolved on spot and the others were brought to the Whales head office for further consideration.
